- Chicken = ½ kg
- Red chili powder = 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder = one fourth teaspoon
- Garam Masala = half a teaspoon

- Ginger-garlic paste = two teaspoons
- Roasted cumin powder = one fourth teaspoon
- Gram flour = 4 tablespoons
- Semolina = 2 tsp
- Egg = one
- Green chili = finely chopped
- Green coriander = a fist
- Curd = two tablespoons
- Lemon juice = two tablespoons
Method – How To Make Chicken Koliwada
To make Chicken Koliwada, first wash the chicken well and put it in a mixing bowl. Now add all the powdered spices, ginger-garlic paste, gram flour, semolina, green chillies, coriander, curd, egg and lemon juice and mix everything well by hand.
If you are making fish , fry it immediately. But if you are making chicken, then marinate the chicken and cover it with a lid and keep it in the fridge for an hour.
After one hour remove the chicken from the fridge and put oil in the pan and keep it to warm. When the oil is hot, grind the chicken one by one and put it in the oil.
Turn the chicken on medium flame and fry until the chicken is cooked and a nice color. It takes ten minutes to fry the chicken. When it turns a golden color and the chicken is cooked well, take it out in a plate covered with tissue paper. Likewise, fry the rest of the chicken.
